the best manager in the store has left for a better position...
and our store is in worse condition than when i started out.
when i started it was okay. i just had problems with which dept i worked in...
and the time we closed. lol.
but now everything is going down the crapper.
hours have been cut to a bare minimum.
therefore there are no associates on the floor.
therefore our store manager gets to cash in on that...
are we going to get a cut of the profit this year? i have no idea. we didn't get it last year though. which means we probably won't get it this year. they're probably going to use the money to pay our store manager or to buy some useless walkie talkies again...
*sigh. my job sucks. can someone please help me find a new one.
